It is normal for NATO to do what they exist for, to protect against Russia.

You're confusing Russia with the former USSR. Russia has a GDP about the size of Italy's. Would you favor 30 countries forming an alliance against Italy? An alliance that caused China to move toward Italy? Short term solution...

We don't need to be 'cops of the world' every time... And I'm not saying that because it was once a 'fashionable thing to say in the 60's but because always going to bat for corrupt countries IS NOT a way to facilitate peace in the world.

Protecting OUR border might be more important at this time.

Think of the big father who steps into every fight his son gets into - what becomes of the son? Is that action creating peace or success? A successful son or a bully? In the short run protecting dictators and thugs and corrupt countries works but in the long run it creates chaos. Every addiction is the same: a short term high - a long term disaster.

I feel the same people who feel 'helping the homeless' by creating MORE toxic incentives are the same folks who apply that logic to knee jerk acceptance of these types of wars.

Sorry I clicked "post" before I edited ... the reason for two almost identical posts.

LOL, no, I’m not confusing anything, and your posts have drifted into the rambling.
