Why not indeed? They are now actively working on the 10 year old children and telling a child to delete their email communications after reading.

Asking someone to delete messages is what they would call in court, evidence of “mens rea” - a guilty mind. Basically you wouldn’t be trying to hide it if you didn’t know it was wrong.
