Well....when all the law abiding people have left, those that remain will have to steal and murder each other. The crime rate will indeed decrease. For each confrontation, one more creep will assume room temperature, and begin their long dirt nap.
NY democRATS will push through voting rights for all convicts, in and out of prison. Dead convict voting will become a hot polling item. I can just see the headlines and talking heads reporting on the latest dead convict vote trend. Anyone challenging their right to vote will immediately be labeled a hater, and also labeled, of course,....wait for it...... racist!

In NJ they are completely up front about stealing from you. Some call it an organization, others call it government.
Giving criminals the license to shoplift, loot and steal anything is a simple payment/bribery to keep that criminal Population from rioting and being arrested.
Also, minimal if any tax $’s are used when the above happens, versus armed police action to stop the shoplifting.
There are zero post crime $’s spent arresting the robbers and then trying them for the criminal
incarceration expenses.
