I think you are correct; it’s a different world today. I always found Ben Carson to be really strange and quite often veering into creepy territory.
Ben Carson is a GREAT man.
And he is one of the few who remained, amazingly, in Trump’s cabinet. I’ll give Trump that. Carson must’ve had some fealty to him.
My mother and sister knew Dr. Ben Carson, who fixed my nephew’s skull as a baby. He was incredible to them. Not just a doctor, but a humble God-loving man. We also have nursing friend who knew him at Hopkins. She said the same and yet, that he was also the man in control and everyone treated him as the ruling authority, total deference and respect.
