The Young Men's Christian Association once lived up to its name. The famous Christian hymn The Rock That Is Higher Than I was composed at a YMCA convention in 1873 and and first sung by the attendees.

I saw that song title and knew I’d heard that phrase…it’s in Psalm 62.
