The one closing in TX is a ‘Neighborhood Market’. Those stores - the few that I’ve been in - are creepy.
Darkened lighting, poor selection of items, laid out strangely....etc.
Katy, Texas is a nice area with money (and police) enough to support a store. However, like Jane Long wrote, it was a “concept” store or a “Neighborhood Market.” Probably just under-performed for normal market forces reasons.
The rest of the closings? look no further than Dim led cities or States.

The Walmart in VA is great, the one in MD is crap on steroids.
