I wonder what he thinks of Obama and Joe sending them blankets and night-vision goggles. I think Obama specifically sent those so the homos could find each other at night.

So following leftist logic, nukes are next after cluster bombs run out.

There is no war. It’s all a money laundering scheme.

We’ve always been at war / peace with Oceania.

Anybody remember one of the reasons stated for supporting this war?

“On April 25, in a speech pledging to defend the “rules-based international order”, Lloyd Austin, the US defence secretary, announced that the US wanted Russia “weakened to the point that it can’t do things like invade Ukraine”. There should be no ambiguity about this. It is now US (and therefore Nato) policy to damage the Russian armed forces to a degree from which it will take a very long time to recover.”

Oops.

I’ve read elsewhere that we sent 155mm cluster munitions because we’re about out of 155mm shells to give Ukraine.

We’re sitting here with no oil reserve and dangerously low on munitions for ground ops and who knows what else.

Joe is getting old, but he may still live to be the dumbest son of a biscuit eater to ever live.

Almost all of the news has been propaganda from both sides since the beginning. It seems things are starting to reveal truth.

The problem is with cluster munitions is that you have to deal with them after they are used..either driving through the unexploded ones in an advance, or after the conflict is over. Like mines, they have to be searched for and dug up and dealt with.
Aside from that, they do not work well on troops dug in trenches since they are like hand grenades. Unless one drops right into the trench, it explodes and does nothing.

The reply from the Russians will be thermobaric munitions. I.E. LARGER ones than they have already used. Those dont have to be dropped directly into the enemies position to be effective. Simply drop one with yards and they will kill everything within the blast zone and maim anyone remotely within a distance from the blast zone.

Its about to get even more nasty and the only ones who feel the effects are the troops on the ground.

I realize that cluster munitions reputedly have lots of initial failures to detonate, then lay arund looking like toys, that then mutilate or kill children.

My point is that we shouldn’t be under any delusions about the tons of death we’ve been providing are somehow benign.

I don’t think I’d have much confidence in a man who was tasked to negotiate with the enemy, who’s name was Blinken!

A counteroffensive that has been going on for weeks with little gain, if any, is hardly a counteroffensive. It’s a meat grinder.

Generally in an assault you need concentrations of 5-1 forces to achieve a breakthrough. Ukraine doesn’t have that. Nor apparently any way to exploit it.

A person whose ancestors come from Central Ukraine should not be running US policy in that location.

It really is hard to believe that a person, someone that is kind to potentially become the President of the United States in the event of a catastrophe, can be this dumb.

He is a perfect and shining example of someone who can become very well off, financially, while also being a moron. People like him lend credence to the fact that the financial markets are as rigged as our elections. And if you’re in the club, you’ll get rich. If you’re not, suck it.

--- "Almost all of the news has been propaganda from both sides since the beginning. It seems things are starting to reveal truth."

In a parallel theme these days, the media and pols howl about "misinformation" when they actually are caught in themselves misinforming John Q Public. When I say "media and pols," I mean worldwide, not just here at home.

What I have come to conclude is that now blatant corruption is the state of affairs, and all the profiteers, small and large alike, are invested in the corruption continuing. So "misinformation." And plenty of it.

What is certain is that things will indeed be revealed over time. And until clarity is achieved, the signs and evidence of corruption will be said to be misinformation, disinformation, conspiracy theories, and all the other pejorative rhetorical games we have sadly become too used to. Best wishes.
