state rep is an important line of defense for citizens of a state. If our state reps truly did their job, much of the Fed corruption wouldn’t trickle down to citizens or would be blocked by state methods.

Isn’t that the truth?!!! If you see a state’s local representative seats being taken over by the democrats, you know that the Governor and state-wide positions are soon to follow, including the Senators.
All politics is local.
Yes and at this point the feds are so far gone the state is our best hope.
If the states still appointed U.S. Senators, we’d be a lot better off.
