Our elite Deep State rulers do not need or want capable military forces. Such organizations could have the power/skills to remove the rulers.
What they need are much smaller garrison forces. Who can run prison camps for storage of their opponents/us, and they need multiple police forces to make arrests of their opponents/us.
Why are there multiple police forces? So, they can arrest each other or us, when one faction/or we get out of control.
