In many cities the public bikes are free if you return them to a meter within an hour or two. Maybe they can use their EBT cards to pay the security deposit and then it’s returned when they return the bike somewhere.

Coworker once said (1990s) : The Chinese acted superior and arrogant that Americans polluted and had to have cars while they rode bikes and walked.

Then their economy got better from taking our manufacturing and assembly jobs from us, they got more money, and now they bought cars and have congestion and smog. They wanted cars all along but couldn’t afford them before.

"Investigators said the group is made up of two to four male suspects believed to be between 15 and 25 years old. They were seen wearing dark hooded sweatshirts, dark jeans and black ski masks".

Something seems to be missing from that description.

I’m surprised and disappointed that they mentioned “male”. We are living in a society where we must not make such assumptions!

Maybe one of the thieves self-identifies as a woman. Another might be non-binary. And another might to be a “furry”, someone who self-identifies as an animal.

This article needs to be edited to reflect more modern thinking.

Be careful with a short barreled .45. I used to do some ballistic testing with wet newspaper and phone books (it’s a substitute for ballistic gel). The slugs out of the short barrels tended to tumble and not stabilize properly. Yours may not not do that, but that was my experience.

Not on mine. being a old wheeler, a 4” barrel & .45+P has done the trick for me for longer than I care to remember.

“I’ll bet governor Fatszker doesn’t like you one bit.”

Governor Creosote couldn’t possibly dislike me more than I dislike him.

“Interesting choices. 45 sub compact is pretty snappy for a pocket gun.”

Springfield XDS. I practice with it frequently. I absolutely love that gun.

Well, they used the word “dark” twice and “black” once in the ovetall description. Maybe it was a subtle hint.

I consider 4” a standard barrel. I was referring to the snubnose 2” types.
