“Where have all the fiscal conservatives gone?”

That’s pretty close to heart of the problem both at a state level and the feds. Sure, voting fraud, corruption of candidates and other nefarious actions are all part of it. Yet the main problem is that the GOP is a worthless, dead political party. The do-nothings ever was the biggest reason there was no red wave, and if the house keeps the current tack they’ll lose again. There just isn’t enough support to keep that worthless party going, some argue for a third party. I say fine but can we get a two-party system first?

The Republicans have had an identity crisis for a long time. They don’t know if they want to be an opposition party (conservative) or a “party that gets things done” (moderate) by working with the Democrats.

There are no moderates in the Democrat party.
