Cute, but essentially meaningless. Trade between Russia and nations using US Dollars has essentially ended. At this point almost no travel is happening between Russia and the west. They are locked out of western banking.
So a valuation against the dollar means little. And the BRICS are moving straight into a gold backed trade currency. Argentina just paid off a big part of it’s IMF debt with Chinese Rmb.
