Most of our problems related to Illegal Aliens are a result of decisions by the Judiciary. Yet. the Judicial Branch of government at all levels have been and are insulated from the financial costs of their decisions imposed on the rest of us.
I propose that any and all decisions from the Judicial Branch of our government that inflict a COST on the general public that was not appropriated and budgeted for through the normal and legislative and budgeting process, should be PAID for by the Judicial branch of government. We should be demanding that ALL Officers of the Court in America PAY FOR THEIR ACTIONS by assessing the Incomes, Tips, Wages and ASSETS of members of the Judicial Branch. YES FORCE THE LAWYERS IN AMERICA TO PAY for their decisions, NOT THE TAXPAYERS
most judges really do consider themselves part of an elite club who are better than everyone else, and who know what is best even if it’s not their area of expertise. They are ‘know it alls’.
