About cluster munitions - with the millions and millions of ancient Soviet era artillery shells, rockets and missiles fired in Ukraine, no one seems bothered with lots of duds.
But, every one is so very concerned about US cluster munitions with a 1% dud rate, suddenly making Ukraine dangerous for women & children.
