Why advertise to the Russians that Ukraine is low on ammo?
Psaki was quoted in another FR thread that using clusterbombs is a war crime
“… Biden said, “[I]t was a very difficult decision on my part.…”
********************************************************
BULL CRAP! YOU make no decisions. YOU do and say whatever your handlers tell you to do and say… period!
We’re low on ammo so we’re sending it to Ukraine?
Advertise to the world the country you’re supplying with ammo is running out of ammo that we’re low on.
This guy is an idiot.
Someone needs throw up a facepalm for this one.
This is likely to lead to war crimes.
That’s not the only type of cluster in Ukraine
Cluster Bombs from Cluster...
END THE WAR!
$135 Billion to a CIA-installed regime that has built a hundred monuments to Nazi collaborators who mass murdered Poles, Jews and others wasn’t enough, apparently.
This senile old corrupt fool is an embarrassment. A once proud great nation, we looks weak and ragged.
Compare the treatment..
Oh cynical me. I surmise that the Jobama cabal’s real plan is to deplete the US military munition supply to the extent that the homeland will be rendered vulnerable and unable to sustain a defense, along with creating a way for the DC connected to make billions on resupplying of the US military. Funny how that works. President Eisenhower warned us of that very thing in his fair well speech. War means huge profits.
Cluster munitions:
The gift that keeps on ‘giving’
For decades.
Injuring and killing innocent people, long after the war is over.
So like make more?
> Ukraine is “running out” of the ammunition that they need, and “we’re low on it.”
We’re low on ammunition? Where’d the money go? We’ve been preparing for full scale war with Russia for 70 years.
This has a map showing which countries have banned cluster bombs:
Apparently, Ukraine, Russia, Poland, Denmark, Greece and Romania have not signed onto the Convention on Cluster Munitions.
“A 2009 law bans exports of US cluster munitions with bomblet failure rates higher than 1 percent, which covers virtually all of the US military stockpile.
“Biden can waive prohibitions around the munitions as then-US President Donald Trump did in January 2021 to allow the export of cluster munitions technology to South Korea.”
Ukraine is “running out” of the ammunition that they need, and “we’re low on it.”
Well they finally admitted it. Pretty bad when you run out of ammo and are losing. Better seek peace while you can.
“The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2010 (P.L. 111-117), which President Bush signed into law December 16, 2009, prohibits the provision of military assistance for cluster munitions, the issuing of defense export licenses for cluster munitions, or the sale or transfer of cluster munitions or cluster munitions technology unless “the submunitions of the cluster munitions, after arming, do not result in more than 1 percent unexploded ordnance across the range of intended operational environments.” Moreover, any agreement “applicable to the assistance, transfer, or sale of such cluster munitions or cluster munitions technology” must specify that the munitions
“will only be used against clearly defined military targets and will not be used where civilians are known to be present or in areas normally inhabited by civilians.” Subsequent appropriations laws have included similar provisions; the most recent is the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019 (P.L. 116-6), which President Trump signed into law on February 15, 2019.”

“The military departments and combatant commands, in keeping with U.S. legal obligations under CCW Protocol V on Explosive Remnants of War and consistent with past practices, would continue to record and retain information on the use of cluster munitions and provide relevant information to facilitate the removal or destruction of unexploded submunitions.”
“The Convention on Cluster Munitions (CCM), inter alia, bans the use of cluster munitions, as well as their development, production, acquisition, transfer, and stockpiling.”
Denmark (and other Western European countries) apparently cannot allow the use of their airspace for cluster munitions transfer. And if the cluster munitions get sent via Turkey, the Russians may arm the Kurds big time.
Rule #1 in a war… last side with bullets WINS!
This word salad moron has no awareness of what it is he’s attempting to read off the teleprompter but the consequence is that he’s just sending the Ukes to Cluster’s Last Stand.
