Today, the City of Philadelphia announced that it has filed a lawsuit against defendants Polymer80, Inc. and JSD Supply, which are among the largest suppliers of ghost guns confiscated in Philadelphia. How could there be such a thing as a ghost gun? Wouldn't the ATF just shut down anybody who was selling, for instance, M16 lower receivers without serial numbers??
Maybe they should sue the local DAs…..
What needs to be done abolish the egregious National Firearms Act of 1934 then immediately defund the director of the ATF, then 2 days later abolish the ATF moving the rank & file to the US Marshals and or the Secret Service.
Then it’s time to focus on the FBI-CIA-NSA and repurpose their missions.
The alleged activity is not illegal. The Supreme Court just said so. This is harassment.

You have the right to make your own gun for your own use. You can’t sell it, but you can use it. The “80%” number is the threshold beyond which a part is considered a completed firearm.
So you can buy a lower receiver that is 80% complete, drill the remaining holes to complete it, and away you go.
You can also 3D print a lower receiver.
