A big problem comes from the doctors who only push the sex change option. You have confused and mentally ill people going to doctors who tell them that changing their sexual identity will cure them. They don't try to find out what’s causing the problems. In some countries they can't go against the person's sexual identity. A real doctor would talk to the person for months trying to find and fix the problems causing their crisis. That doesn't happen anymore.
