Judge Delivers Major Blow to Biden Admin in Social Media Censorship Case

A federal judge has made a historic ruling by partially granting an injunction that blocks various Biden administration officials and government agencies like the Justice Department and the FBI from working with big tech firms to censor posts on social media.

The injunction came in response to a censorship-by-proxy lawsuit brought by attorneys general in Louisiana and Missouri, who have accused Biden administration officials and various government agencies of pressuring social media companies to suspend accounts or take down posts.

The judge, Terry A. Doughty, wrote in the July 4 judgment (pdf) that various government agencies, including the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the U.S. Department of State, the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are prohibited from taking a range of actions with regards to social media companies.

Specifically, the agencies and their staff members are prohibited from meeting or contacting by phone, email, text message or “engaging in any communication of any kind with social-media companies urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner for removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech,” per the injunction.

This is one of the better granular federal judicial Orders commanding The White Hospice and the Federalazis to cease-and-desist. It reads as 'don't even ask for removal if you are PTO for menstrual pains and you craft the ask as a personal request -- just. don't. do. it'.

“From what I have read there are huge number of social media employees who’s former jobs were in working for the government. I believe many of them are still doing so... Covertly. They will still follow their orders in censoring posts in order to receive whatever benefit they have been promised.”

They weren’t just working for “the government”. They were formerly employed at the CIA and FBI. Social media sites are being now managed by the spooks and spies.

Watching various social media platforms since the SCOTUS rulings has shown me many elected officials engaged in deliberate misinformation campaigns particularly on the student loans (they're using false equivalence between these loans and PPP) & the compelled speech case (required to design gay wedding websites against religious faith) falsely claiming it means you can deny service when it actually affirms individual liberty and free speech. No one has a right to coerce speech.

The Left's fascist impulses are showing through deplatforming, weaponization of the DOJ, doxing, debanking and their efforts to intimidate, shame and control the narrative by waging psyops. These are the same techniques they use to get minority obedience at the ballot box, the same campaign of terror behind woke.

Anyone notice they try to silence detransitioners on the topic of "gender affirming care" for children? The Left is overflowing with bullies.

The PPP thing is easily knocked down by reminding people PPP was passed by congress & signed into law. It's also knocked down by reminding people what PPP was about: saving jobs during covid. It was always designed as a grant program if you met the criteria.

The student loan debt forgiveness scheme was Joe going it alone. As SCOTUS pointed out, even then Speaker Pelosi said he wasn't authorized to do what he tried to do. Biden was acting as a dictator and threat to democracy for his own personal gain (buying votes).

Isn't it time we reframe their schemes in the language they use to get their points across? Shine light on their hypocrisy. The champions of free speech are champions of particular speech that conforms with their doctrine. That isn't free speech. The Left loves the illusion of diversity but for them it's literally skin deep. For them, you can be & do anything you want as long as you're singing their tune.

Diverge from their collectivism and see how they react (black conservatives, gay conservatives, et al). Real diversity is in individual thought, opinion, a developed and independent self. The Leftist wolves want sheep who are distracted and infantilized that can be exploited financially and politically. It's SICK and once you see it, you can't unsee it.

When I was a teenager I thought I was a liberal because they told me so but I was really libertarian conservative. I listened to those who said watch how they act and make up my own mind. My first wake up call was being part of a social justice group and seeing how decisions were made behind the scenes, how the end game was more important than integrity. I supported the cause but the ethical choices alarmed me. I started to ask myself questions.

I knew they would appeal, but what a position for the government and the leftists to take!

They say, “Government agencies and officials SHOULD be able to limit what you can say and what you can read!”

There is a reason our founding fathers made freedom of speech the First Amendment in our Bill of Rights. Freedom of religion and the ability to speak freely without fear of punishment, imprisonment, or silencing was extremely important to our founders. For that was what they were fighting for when they broke free of the British empire and declared “No More!”.
