What is it with fat ugly middle aged men wanting to be women? Either they're perverts who see that it's now safe to come out of the closet.
Or it's a smart career move. Could be Major Rachel's career was stuck, soon to be retired. But now "she" will assuredly be promoted to full bird Colonel at some point in the future.
