Well of course it is as well as treason.
It is both treason and breaking the U.S. law on RICO laws that are in the books.
Influence Peddling is a RICO law.
It does not matter since the Democrats have a majority of Senators taking bribe money and the DemonRats reps in the House hopefully will be marginalized after these elections.
It does not take a Giant Sixth Grade Brain to see that the DemonRats will be a minority party for a long time to come.
