He's in way over his head. No clue what to do in tough times like this. You can see in his latest interview, he has been trained to stick to the script.

The problem is, investors and potential/former customers perceive his behavior as inauthentic and they are not being listened to.

Authentic leadership would be apologize for the mistake to customers, offer bottling plant personnel compensation from CEO salary, and win back customer trust. Right now, they are digging in and customers are not coming back.

The problem is this was not a “mistake”. It was part of a policy of woke propaganda and support by the corporation.

The Board of Directors needs to remove the entire executive team and start over—then the new leadership can announce a detailed policy of eliminating all woke garbage from their organization including charitable giving to pervert causes.
