Trump didn’t try to address this at all during his first term. Why would anyone expect him to do something different during a second term?
Trump screwed up by assigning voter registration integrity to Homeland Security.
That happened after the election commission demanded the voter registration roles from the states leading to some state secretaries getting on their high horse.
The upshot was Trump screwed himself going into 2020.
The question is did he learn anything.
