Reality check....public school teachers do not have 1st amendment rights at school. They are hired and employed to teach a schoolboard approved curriculum, and that’s it. IIRC, that in fact is current court precedence.

I suppose the schools in the district have no color guard, which uses flags, not of the govt type.

What a bunch of crap. How would it make them unsafe? I went to public schools with the U.S. and California State flags flying, and I never felt unsafe because of them. They represented my country and state. LGBT students should just die and leave the rest of us be.
Fire the union, lock them out and start asking parents to volunteer teaching..
