I keep Biden totally out of the equation. He is profoundly senile. He just happens to be the President of the USA while Russia attacked a sovereign nation.
Any President of the USA right now would have to deal with Russia’s aggression anyway.
We can speculate if Russia would have attacked Ukraine if Trump was the President. Maybe not. But we don’t know for sure.
I think Putin became a schizophrenic during the China virus pandemic. He bunkerized himself for way too long... it changed a lot of things... a lot.
