How many billions of dollars have we sp[ent to subsidize the solar panel industry? An now we want to reduce the efficiency off the sun? Someone needs to tell Joe that this will impact every other country on the earth too. Have they all bought into this mad scheme? I doubt it. Who are we to block out the sun?
