Dirty DE Weiss has already said he won’t cooperate with Congress, and he’s not answering any questions on Hunter’s case.
The DoJ orders the IRS to remove the Whistleblowers and anyone that isn’t a Biden supporter - but Weiss (who said he’s not going to cooperate with Congress on this case) said:
"The Department of Justice did not retaliate against the Whistleblowers.”
So, imagine he’s saying that removing people from a long Investigation is not retaliation.
They are creating new definitions as Defense Lawyers for the Biden Criminal Op. They refused to let Investigators use the Laptop, they refused to contact Bobulinski, and they ignored other Illegal revenue streams of the Bidens.
They prohibited the Investigators from using the Biden name when requesting Docs. For instance, usually they subpoena bank records for an account, and they stipulate any other accounts held by Hunter Biden, and they often find accounts they were unaware of.
Weiss set up his Lieutenant, Lesley Wolf, and she prohibited it.
It reminds of Durham, he put a Never Trumper female in charge and handed it off. She later quit when his Investigation was inactive for months. Durham was prosecuting Internet threatening language to Adam Schiff, seriously.

So Congress knows on 6/30/23 that Garland and Weiss are saying they refuse to answer questions on this case - and they claim it’s open when in fact, the Federal Prosecution guidelines actually prohibit them from charging Hunter - unless it’s new evidence & crimes collected after the Judge signs off on the Deal.
The Laptop is null and void at that point, they’ll run it through an industrial shredder.

The deep state got Jeffrey Epstein a slap-on-the-wrist early on; it almost worked. As far as Epstein’s clients are concerned, it did work.
It looks like the deep state is going to try the same thing again with Hunter and company - and hope any backlash can be tamped down.
The deep state must be at least a little worried they have overlooked some little detail. Maybe they are confident they can kill anyone that gets too cute.

If the Judge goes along with this he should be impeached and removed.
