Sure they were. Grab a photo of any two random young girls. Say they were killed in the strike on NATO/Uke HQ.

My understanding is those two teens were killed in the missile attack, along with a score of AFU officers and some NATO “trainers”.
The propaganda is that the location was a just a civilian target when it clearly was being used for military purposes...in this case a high level meeting.
Its supposedly a war crime to use civilian infrastructure like that but the dills never follow any rules.
Why don't you watch the videos from the site of the attack.
Or just look at the faces of the people killed. Perhaps it is easier for you to pretend your Russian friends didn't kill them, but they died in that restaurant because of some Russian's decision to target the restaurant.
