Vlad has publicly stated they are fully stocked for a high intensity war with the West ( NATO) for 30 months. Their monstrous manufacturing industry has been running 24/7 for more than a year since then. Do beware, unlike the West, they lack nothing to produce what is needed…grain, food, oil, energy, metals, commodities, etc….they are totally self sufficient.
On the other hand, Lockheed, Northrop, Boeing Defense, Germany Rheinmetall, etc…has admitted of severe defense industry shortages ( which I can verify personally).
IF NATO does something stupid, like intervene, they are spent within 5-7 days ( defense experts words, not mine) which explains just about everything about the West’s proxy war against the Russian Federation.

Russia's entire GDP is about as big as Italy's. Or Texas by itself. California has a bigger GDP than Russia.
The entire Russian defense industry is not nearly as large as the defense industry of the US, or the European nations.
Your idea that Russia is self sufficient is just funny. I guess that is why they have to smuggle in IC chips made in the USA, and all kinds of things like cameras, thermal sights, and precision bearings.
At this point their army is shooting artillery shells made in Iran. So much for "self sufficient".
