It's like the US had no clue what it's response would be if the Russians whiped out a SAC base. None whatsoever [oh wait our plans called for us to launch Armageddon]. Well, whatever. It's a fat juicy target just sitting their waiting to be taken out. Indeed I don't know why Z hasn't taken it out already.
