Just think of the added cost each retailer must pay for a anti-theft device for EVERY stocked item in addition to locking display cases.

And, this is the response that will make Amazon even stronger. For Rx, the mailin pharms.

If I have to call on a store stock person to get something for me, I walk out and go elsewhere. Go ahead, go bankrupt. You are nothing to me if I cannot inspect your merchandise and you make me check out my own selections.

Bricks&morter stores need to abandon cowardice. Hire some lawyers to sue the cites for no law enforcement. Hire others to go after thieves.

For too long companies have made themselves weak by believing inhouse lawyers who don’t want to get off their fat butts and fight.
