Of course this is totally unconstitutional and will eventually be struck down. But that could take years and in the meantime how many folks will be fined and/or jailed because some phagg gets it’s feewings hurt.

Imagine standing a line at the ball game waiting to buy a beer. You are talking to your neighbor about how his daughter brought home a phreak with pink hair and multiple piercings. You say “So was that loser a kwheer?” Unbeknownst to either of you the guy behind you overhears your conversation and leaves the line. Next thing you know you are being handcuffed and taken to in-stadium judge (this is Philadelphia after all) where a citation is issued saying that you have 10 days to appear in court and be ready to cough up $10,000. Jail time may follow. You are fooked and to top it off, you will never know who reported you because in civil cases the right to face your accuser is not guaranteed.

Here is a thought ... if the judge and the person who reported the conversation split the fine, you have the beginnings of very profitable cottage industry.

Compelled speech. Just ruled unconstitutional in the gay web site case 5 minutes ago.
