I'm beginning to wonder if those 6 have ever read the ConstitutionThey have, but they believe that Opinions:Constitution = Talmud:Torah, and that therefore their opinions do in fact alter the Constitution to reflect "the evolving standards of decency that mark the progress of a maturing society".
There used to be 7-2 or 8-1 majorities that believed they had such a power to amend the Constitution. Now, they are down to three.
