I would suggest under-employment. When I graduated high school in the early 1970s, I had my choice of good jobs. The mills and the railroad were hiring. No experience necessary. Join a labor gang, and work your way up.
There are no opportunities in the inner cities now. As in none. That doesn’t excuse any criminal behavior, of course. But it might help to explain it.
Well, somebody had a plan to fix this. And that somebody was Donald Trump. He wanted to bring industry back to America. That would have meant good factory jobs in the cities. Blacks would have benefited greatly.
Can’t have that! Democrats prefer blacks to be poor and dependent. And the GOPe just loves corrosive “free trade”. So Trump and his ideas had to go.
