You said ‘threat of imminent death’ - i don’t believe that is the only criteria- the threat of imminent —harm— to either ourselves or our loved ones, shoudl we become incapacitated during the break in, which could later lead to death is also a consideration-
I happen to believe that anyone inside the home uninvited, in the middle of the night, has forfeited their rights and should be seen as a threat not only to myself, but my family as well- They have no right to be in the home without permission- The person in the home uninvited should be seen as a ‘threat of imminent harm’. When they cross the threshold, they give up their right

I was being sarcastic, however, I have a deck built in my bed even with the top of the wheel wells. I got boxes in front and behind the wells and 6 boxes under the deck. The deck has 90# padding covered in gray carpet. That’s my tent when I go camping, it’s very cozy. Put up a tarp between some trees and that’s my living room.

I should have added this question; why are we restricting abortions? Clearly, what we need is mandatory abortions for uncivilized people of various or a specific race. Just like Margaret Sanger said. We simply have a problem of uneducated, feral young people. I saw whites in there too, it is an argument for getting rid of welfare, free healthcare, and liberal SS benefits. Abortions should be funded by the state, as well as mandatory sterilization of children of indigent women.
