A senior researcher from China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology has blown the whistle on the origins of the Covid virus, admitting the U.S. taxpayer-funded lab “engineered” the COVID-19 virus as a “bioweapon.”
Wuhan researcher Chao Shan made the bombshell claim during an interview with Asian News International (ANI) reporter Jennifer Zeng.
Shan, also known as Shao Chao, provided Zeng, a member of the International Press Association, with first-hand information and unique insights about the role played by Anthony Fauci and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Zeng gave a thorough account of Shan’s “explosive admission” and called Shan’s claims “shocking” and “astonishing.”
According to Shan, the Wuhan lab’s task was to identify the coronavirus strain that would be most useful for spreading among various species, including people.
He claimed that in 2019 his supervisor in Nanjing City gave him four coronavirus strains so he could determine which was the most potent and easily spreadable. Shan used the virus to test human ACE2 receptors, bats, and monkeys.
During the 26-minute interview, he also mentioned that a number of his colleagues went missing during the 2019 Military World Games held in Wuhan.

Seems he was right about the reparations amount owed to the USA for damage done.
I wonder if China will say they had USA permission to do the deed because of Fauci’s (alleged) complicity.

I now have proof that this was, indeed, the case. I have also uncovered documents that show:
As of March 13, 2020 the National Security Council (NSC) was officially in charge of the US government’s Covid policy.
Starting on March 18, 2020, The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), was officially in charge of the US government’s Covid response.
The Covid Task Force Coordinator was brought in by the NSC
On March 11, 2020, at a Heritage Foundation Talk, Trump’s National Security Advisor, Robert O’Brien, when discussing what the White House and NSC were doing about the virus, said:
“We brought into the White House Debi Birx, a fantastic physician and ambassador from the State Department. We appreciate Secretary Pompeo immediately moving her over to the White House at our, well at the President’s, request.” (min. 21:43 – 21:56)
The National Security Council was in charge of our Covid Policy:
An astonishing government document dated March 13, 2020 entitled: “PanCAP Adapted U.S. Government COVID-19 Response Plan” (PanCAP-A) (embedded at the end of this piece) reveals that United States policy in response to SARS-CoV-2 was set not by the public health agencies designated in pandemic preparedness protocols (Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness Act, PPD-44, BIA), but rather by the National Security Council, or NSC.

I guess since the Feds created a bio weapon and employed it against myself and the American people it will be justified to counterattack.
If this fellow is still in China he is cooperating with the CCP and the information is being used in the ongoing Chinese war against America. He has announced that China is taking the USA apart. He did not add that CCP is using its tremendous assets in the US government as well.

Secondly it only had 5% hospitalization rate and 1.5% death rate. Not much of a “bioweapon”
Now I fully believe they were doing bioweapon studies at Fauci’s bequest and one of the variations got leaked. But none of the reactions sound like an intentional attack.
They have never had a problem killing off some of their own people.
I also seem to recall very large protests in their streets at that time that needed to end.
They don’t think like us ... don’t expect them to ...

(My Opinion) : Consider the source and look for verification
As other posters have indicated, and I believe, that this scientist will soon come up missing.
Now,.. Bring on the International Nuremberg trials !
I was told that, early on, health care administrators were being told by the CDC to expect fatality rates as high as 10%.
Here in NM they were making plans to take over hotels and motels to house the sick. I was approached and asked, if it came to it, would I be willing to go house to house to check on people and look for people who had died in their homes.
Someone thought it was going to be MUCH worse than it ended up being.
Why?
I know that they were flying in sick Chinese nationals into Las Vegas in December in LARGE numbers. Almost as if they were trying to disperse it.
Personally, I think it mutated faster than they counted on. It really isn’t in a viruses best interest to kill a host. Live hosts spread the disease better. Diseases that kill a large number of people usually travel via a non-human vector, often rats or insects.
Just because it was developed as a bioweapon doesn’t preclude that the pandemic was caused by an accidental release that they decided to make the most of.
U.S. intelligence sources interviewed on Fox news said that the Chinese isolated Wuhan from the rest of their country while allowing international flights in and out.
