My daughter is about to start her junior years at a Big 10 school. I’m paying for her college. I paid for my college. If SCOTUS allows zhao biden’s student loan “forgiveness” to go through, i will take out a student loan for my daughter in my name and i won’t pay it back.
If they threaten me i will send them $10 a month.
Does anyone know when SCOTUS is supposed to rule on this?
Will likely be today. My view is that Biden does not have the power under the Constitution, and certainly not by statute to levy taxes or spend funds that were not appropriated by Congress. So, expect this to be a rebuke of Biden, and expect his reaction to be a doubling down of this effort, vastly expanding the $ of forgiveness.
