The posted video includes images of a destroyed building behind the hotel, and damage to the back of the hotel Kramatorsk. That damage was caused by an attack in March.
Apart from the restaurant the damage shown in the Russian propaganda video happened months ago. Look at the broken windows, etc. in the hotel, and the destroyed building behind it in the articles below. That happened in March.

The Russians just attacked a restaurant popular with civilians, aid workers, and journalists. Just like they shelled aid workers and journalists during the recent flood in Kherson.
While Russia claims they were targeting the 56th Motorized Infantry Brigade. As if at this point in the war any Ukrainian unit would headquarter in a building big enough for Russia to target like that. Russia targets civilians, then makes technical military sounding excuses (lies) to cover it up.
