If you believe in the JFK conspiracy as I do, then when Oswald is killed, you MUST look at Jack Ruby who killed Oswald.

Ruby doesn’t provide much information other than he wanted to be moved out of Dallas in order to tell more of his story.

That just may have been a ploy in which he would have given no further information of any value.

But if you read what is there is to be read about Ruby, he did offer one cryptic comment to one of the few people who spoke to him after his arrest and during his incarceration.

He said read a book by J Evetts Haley entitled a Texan Looks a Lyndon and that would tell you all you need to know.

I found the book on internet archive dot org.

I read the book.

The most curious thing that I found in the book was how an associate of LBJ was tried and convicted for murder and the judge overturned the jury’s sentencing which let him walk free.

As incredible as that might seem, the records back that account up.

This was NOT the murder discussed in this article as the judge not the jury was solely responsible for allowing the murderer to be set free.

The bottom line is the number of people between LBJ and Jack Ruby was such that I’m certain that LBJ or anyone close to LBJ never had any contact with Ruby.

I doubt if Ruby knew that much at all.

The plan was likely to have Oswald killed by Dallas police before he could be arrested and sent to jail.

Whether Oswald shot Officer J D Tippit is a whole other question.

When that didn’t happen, Ruby became part of a clean-up operation in which someone in the Dallas police aided Ruby on timing and getting into the garage where Oswald was shot.

If that is true, it would explain why Ruby wanted out of Dallas.

Johnson was never a broken man. He did just what he wanted, got just what he wanted and had no remorse. He was at least a sociopath or worse.

I dont know if power attracts or makes such monsters. Both probably. Seen it before, seeing it now. The system of power is inherently flawed.

I heard stories from my parents about LBJ from an early age-that he was basically a mafia capo/criminal who hired hit men for dirty work, etc, etc-I have always despised that evil man-I was 14 when JFK was assassinated and I think he had something to do with that-my parents were convinced that he did-maybe as many suspicious deaths as the Clintons, too...

“How would LBJ know that Oswald was about to fire?...”

It was a joke that was making the rounds very shortly after the assassination. I wasn’t meaning to imply that it actually happened.

But to answer your questions, if he knew that where the shooter was and how far ahead Kennedy/Connally’s car he’d have a decent idea of when the shots would ring out. I don’t remember how many cars back LBJ’s car was, I don’t think that many.

But as I said, I’m just repeating a joke from ‘back in the day’.

I watched every minute of that. Hours long I believe. Credible. When asked why now? She said, after they killed my son, I have nothing left to lose. Her son was LBJs illegitimate son.

I’ve read a lot of evidence contrary to the lone shooter, so much that it seems that it would have been impossible for Oswald to do it alone. Looks like you haven’t.

Texans have known about LBJ since ever since. Read “A Texan Looks At Lyndon,” by J. Evetts Haley.

All of this was covered in J. Evertts Haley’s book in 1964 “A Texan Looks at Lyndon Johnson” it details a number of LBJ’s crimes at the time. Book is available on Amazon

Read the account in William Manchester’s book “Death of a President” a lot of information and facts on what happened.

I doubt that and more importantly Senator Richard Russell did not think so. He was on the Warren Commission but did buy the conclusions and wrote a 33 page rebuttal of the findings.

She was staying at the Johnson ranch after he left office and she was living there there interviewing him for her book. According to her he would come to her room early in the mornings and get in her bed, she was up already up and writing, according to her, and tell her his secrets like a little frightened boy.

One of the more recent sources which builds on the evidence in Manchester's book:

It is also in paperback. I read it cover to cover and passed it on. LBJ was a nasty man who worshipped political power and did anything to get it and keep it.
