To my knowledge Russia invaded a sovereign nation without even pronouncing a war-declaration. That makes Russias invasion an act of absolute terrorism.

Funny thing about that.

The US held elections in the middle of the Civil War - Lincoln v. McClennan. And there were no mail-in ballots. Soldiers voted wherever they stood, be it the barracks or the battlefield. Their votes were included in the final tallies.
