It seems like she was being sarcastic, but could have done a better job.
+1
She was being sarcastic. I can’t see how people didn’t pick up on that.
She was giving another example after the one she used that we are supposed to believe that Joe Biden got 81 million votes.
People always want to believe the worst anymore. They can’t detect sarcasm or humor.
Roseanne, the day of public speaking is over.
Roseanne hasn’t been one to shy away from going right up to the line, and plopping over it. Sometimes she says pretty refreshing things. Sometimes it doesn’t go so well.
As many comics have said, sometimes you just have to tell the jokes to see where the line is.
And then, sometimes, keep telling them anyway.
Agreed. And it was actually kind of funny (and true), but I had the luxury of reading through the first 31 comments, where the sarcasm was explained at a nice first grade level.
Either I skim the articles too quickly (I plead guilty), or the article writer intentionally wrote his report to obfuscate her point: 'anyone who believes that Biden received 81 Million votes in 2020 will have no problem believing that no Jews died in the Holocaust'.
So, I plead guilty to poor reading comprehension (and thanks for the comments that clearly spelled out Rosanne's comments); AND the 'news' writer is a hack who used his article as a hatchet job on Rosanne. Probably still nursing bad feelings since Rosanne had the temerity to make fun of ValJar.
I agree!
