For years Putin was mocking anyone as a conspiracy theorist if he dared to pretend Russia was funding Wagner!
Putin also mocked everyone who said that Russia was on the verge of invading Ukraine as a hysterical warmonger.
Well.. the day after, they invaded.
Putin lies like a “lying-factory” as soon as it emits a sound.
Are you serious, or being sarcastic? Of course Moscow is paying Wagner, they are mercenaries. Who else would be paying them?
