Certain questions certainly have risen with the measured and uncharacteristic manner Putin responded to Prigozhin and his Wagner troop "Drama"....the so called "madman" Putin didn't respond as anticipated with a ton of bricks. Rather Prigozhin and his troops have been so called 'exiled' to Balarus camps????....... At any rate within a quick 36 hours Putin managed the event and Prigozhin backed down.
