No we haven’t been funding China, but we have been trading with China in an unbalanced way, unfortunately. Like the whole world does, unfortunately. That’s the core of Globalism.
Our western companies building up factories there because of cheap, cheap, cheap labour... THAT also helped China.
Also, a big mistake America did, was when Bill Clinton openly pushed hard for China to join the World Trade Organisation. The idea was to make China a normal business partner. But China than abused the system and raped us all with it.
Thus the WEST is a VICTIM of CHINA’s behaviour. It’s definitely NOT an alliance!
China and Russia though... have OPENLY signed and celebrated a true alliance with an official GOAL to hurt the West! It’s a TOTAL different matter.
