Philosophically speaking I agree with you.
However, the world is deeply interconnected. If America doesn’t get all its high-tech electronic components from Taiwan and the EU our American industry will be forced to go into hibernation. The EU is in the same situation - it needs vital parts from Taiwan. Those semiconductors... the rare-earth elements from China...
I hate this situation. But we have totally lost our true independence.
When Trump wins the presidency at least he will start to drill for oil again, making America energy independent- again ! That’s a start at least.
Go back to the village system, say goodbye to globalism, it’s done nothing but cause havoc and make it easier for the evil elite to implement their nefarious plans.
