The Wagners had about as much chance of overthrowing Putin as the Jan 6th ‘Insurrectionists’ had of overthrowing the US government.

Actually I was saying that during the few hours before the end of the ‘insurrection’ was announced. Basically, it was clear that Wagner was on its own. There were no protests, no military defections, no high-level defections. The entire country stuck with Putin.

The Neocon Supporters laughed at me, but the bottom line was that 5,000 Wagners, even with small arms and a tank or two, had the same chance of overthrowing the their government as the Jan 6th bunch did in the US.
