A repeat in polls just like 2016 bogus.

DeSantis has a lot of bad company backing him aka Rino.

Player getting played

The weird fixation Canadians have on American politics is a puzzle. Especially considering they have their own country in the grips of an effete, left-wing barista/part-time drama teacher authoritarian POS.

Why don't they divert some of that energy into fixing their own country?

Good thing DeSantis isn’t an establishment candidate

Trump will never win a election general election, so he won’t govern at all

I have heard Gov. Kim Reynolds’s name floated as a potential VP. She might be a contender for ‘28 in that case, unless of course a Republican capable of serving two terms wins in 2024.

What stuff did Trump get done?

Great job. Maybe he can mention all of that at the library he's going to build in Florida. In the meantime, he needs to get out of the way and support DeSantis' candidacy for the Presidency of the United States.

IOW, he denied their existence. The hardcore Trumpkins are every bit as “narrative uber alles” as the left is.

While DeSantis backed her MAGA opponent. (Who is now banned from Fox.)

Trump backs a lot of RINOs: McCain, Romney, Linda, Oz, etc.

Suppose you could get a Trump type with discipline, self-control, an ability to troll the left when necessary, and a record of standing up to them and defeating them. Without Trump’s personal baggage, but a loving, faithful marriage.

Now suppose that candidate just got through winning his state by 20 points.

Would you support such a candidate? Would that candidate have a chance of winning? I think the answer is yes.

What’s this lurch to the left you speak of?

Criticizing governors like DeSantis for opening their states too early.
Attacking DeSantis's abortion law as being too harsh.
Supporting Disney.

To name just a few.

The Trump administration completed hundreds of miles of wall along the southern border before President Joe Biden halted construction. Before Biden stopped new construction on the wall, the Trump administration had built 458 miles of what it dubbed “border wall system,” according to final figures compiled by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and provided to U.S. News.

Yes, and yes at a grass-roots level.

Challenging a household word takes time and determination, and as folks are convinced of the superior electability of the challenger, the multiplier effects begin to kick in.

>>Nope, just won’t vote. I have been voting for over 50 years and been forced to vote for the lesser of two evils more times than I can count. Won’t do it again. You guys want to screw up the world with your fake conservatives go for it. I’m hoping you are young enough that you will have to live with the result of your foolishness for a long time. I won’t play that game and a lot of MAGA won’t either. We saw what you guys pulled in PA and other crucial states so turn about is fair play.

I couldn’t have said it any better. Thank you!
As a Floridian who loved DeSantis and would have joyfully voted for him in 2028, for me it has been a rude awakening to witness his decision to run now.

No matter how DeSantis governs Florida, it is just to fool conservatives into thinking he is conservative and MAGA. The fact that he is running now proves it. No true MAGA person would run with PDJT running, knowing it would divide (and conquer) the MAGA movement. A brilliant Deep State strategy, I might say.

I am so profoundly appalled and disgusted (but grateful he exposed who he really is) with DeSantis that I will either stay home and not vote or just vote Democrat. Even if Hillary were running, I would vote for her just to express how utterly despicable I find DeSantis and hi$ RINO backer$. I won’t vote for cheap imitations anymore when one can choose the real thing. My position on this is fixed and is now no longer subject to change.

Trump not prosecuting Hillary or draining the swamp is not Trump's fault.

Trump accomplishing nothing permanent legislatively is not Trump's fault (even though he claims he is a master negotiator)

Trump supports an assault weapons ban.

Trump supports a nationwide abortion protection.

Trump supports the LGBTQ+

Trump imposed a bumpstock ban.

Trump claimed Charlie Crist was a better governor than DeSantis.

Trump supported Disney.

Trump called DeSantis's 6-week abortion ban too strict.

Trump whipped votes for Ronna against Harmeet Dhillon, while DeSantis supported Harmeet.

Trump has endorsed a galle of RINOs.

It's true that the failure to drain the swamp, prosecute Hillary, or do a number of other things has to do with his RINO advisors. But,

He's the one who appointed them, and
He's the one who listened to their advice.

Trump supports an assault weapons ban, federal protection of abortion and the Respect for Marriage Act?

True, true, and true.
