I have to agree. This makes Putin look weak. Hard liners will not be pleased. Putin may need to be retired.
Weak? Who blinked? Sounds like a win-win solution for both sides. Maybe NATO and Ukraine can learn something about the art of the deal. Time to put an end to the senseless killing and destruction thru negotiations.
