I imagine it like this: US called the mercenaries, said we will give you 6.2[billion] if you kill Putin. They were like sure thing!! They call Putin, tell him what's up, Putin's like let's do this, I'll act scared! They head out, get 100 miles from Putin, get $6.2 [billlion] from the US. Stop and say psych!
