I would get SloJoe to hang on until the August recess. During the next month, if I haven't done it already, I would make Kamala an offer she can't refuse: she can be President from August 2023 to January 2025 as the FIRST WOMAN PRESIDENT!!!, but she will "choose" not to run for election.
I would then go to Newsom, and tell him he is going to announce his run for President on Wednesday, September 6. All other Dem candidates will be bribed to get out of the race and endorse Newsom, with the singular exception of RFKJr, who will not be allowed to win (cf. "Bernie Sanders").
Having set all of this up ahead of time, I would then give Jill Biden her choice: she can get Biden to fake a medical emergency and be 25th Amendment-ed out of office, or I would ensure that he would experience an actual medical emergency and not survive to be 25th Amendment-ed. She would most likely choose the former, but I frankly wouldn't care either way.
Oh, Trump? Why would it matter to me? My candidate is going to win the election, honestly or otherwise.
