At least 3 holes were placed near one another, shown by a continuous photo shoot leading from one to the next. They were all the size of a standard bathtub or larger, with a foot or more of rebar and broken concrete leading away from the actual hole. Probably worse than Milwaukee although other city dwellers in the US have similar complaints.
